At Seven Publishing we managed assets that were tricky especially when the deliverables are to be deployed back to back. In parallel the scope and planning phase was initially to ensure the realtime infographics were designed, approved and signed off by LOCOG in time as part of the ‘Torch’ campaign. Key timelines, milestones and dependencies were also established to avoid the potential risks and obstacles to deliver what was required from Seven. Part of the project strategy for the LOCOG assets, included a flexible working methodology, mid-project reviews, templated assets and AWS cloud based delivery.
In parallel the plan and execution of of four new venues for the D&D London Group was managed in parallel. Initiation stages included UI design, content management and the setup of the Stakeholder RACI. The DPM role included Leading UX capabilities, definition of user journeys ensuring all customer-led digital assets had optimum business benefits. Usual DPM responsibilities of overseeing budget reconciliation and project resources. The adoption of Agile, hosting with Amazon Web Services enabled the team to deliver an enhanced campaign.
Project tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Omnigraffle and Harvest were imperative to the success of all the projects within time and budget.
