The full scope right up to the launch of the first phase from adaptive planning, milestone delivery, and stakeholder management. We established top level timelines and dependencies to mitigate obstacles which may have impacted the delivery across multiple work streams. With ample budget we took into consideration that late delivery could add further cost implications and were built into the cost estimates and regularly reconcilled.
Using a mix of Prince2 and lean Agile approach,.Net back end with Umbraco; which enhanced the rapid and flexible response to change. The QA team oversaw the multiple change requests based around use case and foreseen interactions throughout the development cycle of the new build as well as managing team members with task assignments. We would engage in regular (at least daily) comms with all partners and stakeholders to monitor performance against the agreed timings. We applied various tools such as FogBugz, MS Project, Omnigraffle, Visio and Umbraco to deliver and deploy.
